Mouth Breathing is Bad Breathing

Next time you stir your coffee or tea, try to breathe through that tiny hole for a bit. Not easy, and definitely not comfortable, right?
That’s exactly what it’s like for an average 7 year old who mouth breathes at night. 1 tiny millimeter for that child to get all the oxygen he or she needs to facilitate all the growth, development, restoration, and immunity-building that happens during proper sleep. Think that’s going to have a negative effect? You better believe it.
There are ways to intervene. To guide children toward healthy adulthood, exactly as nature intended. All WITHOUT drugs or invasive treatment. We love giving children the best opportunity to grow into the healthiest versions of themselves. ❤️
