Our dental practice takes pride in having an awesome team that works well together! However, it does not just happen naturally. We are constantly striving to make our teamwork better and be the best “us” we can be to better serve our patients and community.

Each month in our dental practice, we create a challenge that pushes us to work on our health. These challenges we create are in the realm of physical health, spiritual health, emotional health, financial health, etc. For the month of July, we are on a mission to eliminate any complaining from our environment!

In an effort to improve our mental health and constantly improve our work environment, we are taking the challenge to go the entire month of July with NO complaining! More than just eliminating complaining, we are making a conscious effort to replace any negative energy with positive energy. We want to say things that lift each other up, encourage each other, and improve each other’s lives.

Here’s how the challenge is going to work: any time we hear a fellow team member complaining, we will remind them of our mission of improving our lives through positivity. Every time we hold someone accountable, we will receive a point. At the end of July, whomever has the most points wins the challenge and a prize! However, we do not want the challenge to stop there!

We encourage all of our patients and readers to take on this challenge to create not only a more positive work environment, but also a more positive WORLD! Any time you see a complaint on Facebook, hear a friend being negative, or catch yourself hating on someone, hold yourself and others accountable. We want to hear your positive stories, see your encouraging quotes, and spread the vibe of LOVE! Let us know you are taking the challenge with us by using the hashtag #PositiveJuly. We can’t wait to see how we spread positive vibes the next 31 days.

Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better.
